Beginner Yoga
This class is designed specifically for those 'newer' to yoga, looking to develop a solid foundation on which to build a yoga practice. This beginner level class, blends Pranayama (breathing), Asanas (postures) and movement in an accessible, enjoyable flowing yoga style. It promotes knowledge and understanding about yoga while fostering confidence, increased energy and tranquility

Yoga Flow
An integrative class in various styles of yoga. Energy flows by linking postures together in creative sequences. Heat builds in the body by connecting breath and movement. Yoga Flow is an energizing class that encourages us to find a sense of freedom and joy in our asana practice! It cultivates a safe, mindful and strengthening yoga practice.

Yoga Flow Themes
Yoga flow with a twist! Each session spotlights a yoga specific such as healthy backs, heart, shoulder and hip openers, or restoration, breath and meditation. Explore philosophy with the “eight limbs” of yoga and infuse these principles into your practice and life off of the mat. The possibilities are endless. Requests welcome!

Pilates Essentials
Pilates introduces the philosophy and teachings of Joseph H. Pilates. This Level I fundamental class is the first step in a long series of programs designed to tone the body and improve posture. Pilates essentials in as exercise class, performed on the floor with a mat. This class will introduce you to breathing techniques for relaxation and abdominal training to strengthen your entire core while working on balance, flexibility and coordination.

Pilates Intermediate
This class is designed for those who have taken Level I Pilates. This Level II program will move you at a faster pace with more challenging exercises focusing on coordination and core strength. Look forward to a leaner, stronger and more balanced body.

“Fusion”
Lizzie Prost calls it the New Fusion which is an emphasis on yoga postures with a focus on all over body strengthening, alignment and core strength. Stabilization and mobilization of the core (the body’s ‘powerhouse’) is emphasized through movements postures that naturally develop strength, flexibility and balance. Aware- ness of the body and breath are also emphasized in order to relax, calm, connect the body and mind.
